Both the hotel and the club are ADA accessible. Please call the Manager of Patron Services & Ticketing in advance at 415-394-1167 if wheelchair seating or the use of an assistive device is required.
Feinstein’s at the Nikko is suitable for any mature young person so there is no enforced age restriction. Shows sometimes contain adult themes so parental guidance is always suggested when purchasing seats for minors.
Although there is not a box office for Feinstein’s at the Nikki, our Maître D’ and Manager of Patron Services & Ticketing are available to sell tickets by phone by calling 415-394-1188 on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Wednesday-Saturday from 2 PM to 5 PM. A hotel concierge can also assist with telephone sales from 11 AM-7 PM daily.
Meet & Greet
Feinstein’s artists often greet guests and sell CDs or other merchandise in the lobby after the show. Credit cards are generally not accepted for these transactions but there is an ATM on the lower lobby of the hotel.
Purchasing Tickets from a Third Party Reseller
Feinstein’s at the Nikko does not issue physical tickets and only utilizes a will call list to seat guests. Patrons are strongly advised against purchasing seats from resellers as the Maître D’ will only seat guests whose names appear on the list and identification may be checked at the door. The only official sites from which to purchase tickets are Feinstein’s at the Nikko/Ticketfly or Goldstar.
Singing in Feinstein’s at the Nikko
Talented singers from musical theatre, jazz and Great American Songbook genres that wish to perform in Feinstein’s at the Nikko are encouraged to submit links to a website or YouTube videos by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sitting with Friends
Guests that purchased separately but in the same section that wish to be seated together should have one member of the party contact our Maître D or Manager of Patron Services & Ticketing in advance at 415-394-1188. Such requests are generally unable to be considered at the door the night of the show.
