Terrie Odabi
Terrie Odabi
Few vocalists own the stage like Terri Odabi. When the statuesque Oakland native begins to sing, a hush falls over the audience. They’re about to take a ride through on the highs and lows of soul music led by a beautiful singer that packs her shows both high energy and quiet poignancy. Terri’s finely honed instrument is matched only by her generous spirit and wit. She is a 2017 Blues Music Award Nominee as Best Female Artist and her 2016 CD release “My Blue Soul” ranked in Living Blues Top 50 Best Albums in 2016. Terrie performs original stirring blues straight from the soul with compelling arrangements and witty lyrics that combine to create a contemporary appealing to a wide new audience.

“Terri Odabi is easily the most dynamic blues and soul woman to have emerged in the Bay Area since Etta James came out of the Fillmore District in the fifties…”
-Lee Hildebrand, Contributor SF Chronicle and Bay Area News Group

“Her voice soars and draws you in and makes you feel good.” – Steve Turre, Julliard School of Music
