American film, television and stage actress, Kathleen Turner known for her trademark husky voice comes to Feinstein’s at the Nikko from her solo cabaret debut for the Philadelphia Theatre Company. She’ll perform standards from the American songbook and share anecdotes and stories from her illustrious career.

Turner’s film performances have earned her two Golden Globe Awards (Romancing the Stone, Prizzi’s Honor) and an Academy Award nomination (Peggy Sue Got Married). Some of her other notable films include Body Heat, Crimes of Passion, The Accidental Tourist, The War of the Roses and Beautiful On the small screen, she guest starred on the hit NBC sitcom Friends as Chandler Bing’s cross dressing father and as a sex crazed owner of a talent agency on Showtime’s Californication. As a voice actress, Turner performed the role of Jessica Rabbit in Who Framed Roger Rabbit and on the television series The Simpsons and King of the Hill.

On Broadway, Turner has been nominated for the Tony Award two times for her portrayal of classic roles Maggie in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof and Martha in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?
