FAQ

Q: What is this?
A: Answer to our most frequently asked questions. Click the icons to learn more about Feinstein’s at the Nikko policies and procedures.

Q: We purchased seats separately but wish to sit together, what do we do?
A: If everyone purchased in the same section then have one member of the party contact our Maître D’ at 415-394-1167 with everyone’s names and we will try to accommodate the party. Such requests are generally not able to be considered at the door the night of the show.

Q: Is there a coat check?
A: Yes. Guests may be required to check bags, hats and outerwear that do not fit comfortably in the seating area.

Q: How long do the shows last?
A: Performances in Feinstein’s at the Nikko are typically 75-90 minutes in length without intermission.

Q: Are there group discounts available
A: Perhaps. Group discounts are sometimes available for parties of 15-50. Please contact our Director of Marketing at 415-394-1132 with your inquiry.

Q: Are underage fans allowed in Feinstein’s at the Nikko
A: Yes. Our performances are generally suitable for any mature young person; however some shows do contain adult themes so parental guidance is always recommended when purchasing seats for minors. There are occasional events that are restricted to guests 21 years of age and older and that would be noted on our ticketing platform when applicable.

A: Email any relevant digital assets such an EPK or links to a website or YouTube videos to feinsteins@hotelnikkosf.com

Q: If a show is sold out, is there still a possibility of getting tickets?
A: Yes. The Maître D’ will start a wait list each evening when the house opens 90 minutes prior to the performance and guests will be offered seats on a first come, first served basis. Wait lists are not maintained in advance by phone.

Q: May we bring our own wine and are there corkage fees?
A: Yes. The corkage fee is $25.00
